Cooking instructions:
Because the scallops are already shucked, cleaned and processed, you need to be sure to fully cook the scallops prior to consumption. In this way, possible bacteria will be killed. Due to our process, our scallops are ideal for baking and grilling.
With the cooking instruction of 2x 2 minutes on high heat, you can prepare the most beautiful dishes. Because of our process, the scallops don’t get dry and tough after being fully cooked.
